Credentials reset at the start of each billing period. If you regularly exceed your plan, Business and Enterprise customers can purchase top-up packs at a discount.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade and the change is instant, with prorated billing. Downgrade and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for education and non-profits?
Yes — accredited educational institutions and registered non-profits receive 30% off Pro and Business plans. Email sales@certseal.com with proof of status.
What happens if I cancel?
Your already-issued credentials remain verifiable forever — that's our promise to your recipients. You'll keep read-only access to your dashboard and can re-activate any time.
