What ops teams ask before they migrate

What's the largest batch you've processed?
Single batches up to 500,000 credentials. We routinely process millions per month across our customer base. Batches above 100,000 enter a dedicated queue with progress checkpoints and resumable runs.
Can I schedule batches to send later?
Yes. Schedule a send for any future date and time, in the recipient's timezone if you prefer. Useful for staggered cohort launches or aligning with announcements.
What if my data has errors?
Validation runs before any credential is issued. You get a downloadable report of every problematic row, fix them in place, and re-run only the failed rows — no restarting the entire batch.
Do bounced emails count toward my credential quota?
No. Credentials only count when they're successfully generated. Hard bounces don't consume your quota, and we automatically retry soft bounces over 48 hours before marking them failed.
