What you get

Built for trainers, educators, and webinar hosts

Run your event in Zoom as usual. CertSeal handles certificate design, issuance, and delivery in the background.

Automatic issuance

Link a certificate design to a Zoom meeting or webinar. CertSeal issues credentials when the event ends — no manual exports or CSV uploads.

Meetings and webinars

Support for both Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars. Schedule events in Zoom as usual; CertSeal picks up participants when they qualify.

Branded delivery

Recipients receive a personalized certificate by email with a verifiable public link — the same delivery flow as any other CertSeal batch.

Get started

Set up in three steps

Most teams connect Zoom and issue their first automated certificate in under ten minutes.

  1. 01

    Design your certificate

Create a batch in CertSeal with the certificate design and email template you want attendees to receive.

  2. 02

    Connect Zoom

In CertSeal, open Integrations and authorize your Zoom account. CertSeal only accesses participant data needed to issue certificates.

  3. 03

Link an event and go live

Select a scheduled meeting or webinar, connect it to your batch, and CertSeal handles issuance automatically when the event ends.

FAQ

Zoom integration questions

Do I need a paid Zoom plan?
A Zoom account with access to meetings or webinars is required. Check Zoom's plan requirements for the event types you run; CertSeal works with standard Zoom OAuth authorization.
When are certificates issued?
Certificates are issued automatically after a linked meeting or webinar ends. Participant names and emails come from Zoom's attendee list.
Can I issue certificates for a past event?
You can connect upcoming and recent events from your Zoom account. For one-off batches from older attendance data, use CSV import in CertSeal instead.
How is this different from Zapier?
The Zoom integration is native — connect once inside CertSeal with no Zap required. Use Zapier when you need to chain CertSeal with other apps beyond Zoom.
