The fastest way to get help is email. Reach the CertSeal support team at support@certseal.com — a real person reads every message.
When you write in, it helps to include:
- Your account email or workspace name.
- The integration or feature involved (for example, Zoom or Zapier).
- A description of what you expected and what happened, with screenshots if you have them.
Support hours
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Singapore time (SGT, UTC+8), excluding public holidays. Messages sent outside these hours are answered the next business day.
Response times
We aim to send a first response within 1 business day. Most questions are answered well within that window. Complex or account-specific issues may take longer to fully resolve, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.
